About BFD Analytics

Over eighteen years of RCM + data analytics experience.

I spent 18 years at athenahealth developing operations & client reporting — building the analytics that practices and internal teams use to understand revenue cycle performance . I understand how RCM data is structured, why it's structured that way, and how to connect disparate data points to produce actionable insights into what is driving KPIs.

Today I continue this work, now consulting directly with healthcare practices. I build reporting solutions - from creating the data asset to the dashboard visuals that sit on top - within a client’s own Dataview instance (or other supported SQL environment) and using their preferred visualization tools.

About the name

BFD stands for Big Fluffy Dogs. They supervise all projects, ensure shoes are never where we left them, and shed relentlessly. We spend a lot of time vacuuming.
